1987 - Sam was born in the City of Shenyang, Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China.

1989 - Sam emigrated to the United States of America.

2005 - Sam, Class Salutatorian, graduated from Windsor High School.

2005 - Sam moves to San Diego, California. 

2005 - Sam attended the University of California San Diego (UCSD).

2010 - Sam graduated from UCSD and earned a Bachelors of Art in Chinese Studies and a minor in Urban Planning and Studies.

2011 - Sam completes remaining Structural Engineering courses through the UCSD Extension. 

2012 - Sam becomes a California Notary Public.

2012 - Sam becomes a Licensed Real Estate Broker.

2013 - Sam becomes a California Tax Education Council registered Tax Preparer.

2017 - Sam becomes a Professional Mechanical Engineer. 

2018 - Sam becomes a Mortgage Loan Officer (Broker). 

2023 - Sam becomes a Professional Civil Engineer.
